We use Royal Mail 1st Class (UK Standard) Service to ship your UK parcels, which we process within 1-3 working days. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service to ship to the EU and the Rest of the World.
We care about the environment and carefully wrap your items in recycled or pre-used materials where possible. Rest assured that we want your item to get to you safely. If you buy more than one item, we will combine your postage.
2nd Class and Signed & Tracked Services are also available, so do get in touch with us if you’d like us to arrange a special delivery for which we can provide a quote upon request.

Please note that all International orders may be subject to Import Fees, VAT & Taxes which are incurred by the customer, as our postal authorities require that we state the value of the item getting shipped. Please allow up to 2 – 3 weeks for your item to arrive due to customs clearances.

We take great care of the items before putting them online and are always transparent about any defects or repairs, which will be listed. By purchasing, you are agreeing to our shop non-refund policy. However, in the event of an exceptional issue or occurrence with an item, we are fair and will always review this within reason at our discretion.
